A Data Lake Inc. Technical Sales Engineer is responsible in handling customer calls and email under
Inbound Sales. Prepare customer needs and requirements in presentation, quotation, product and
services. Primarily closing the deal to meet or exceed sales target. Work with the Operations team to
coordinate and follow through on installation of Starlink Product.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and work closely with the client to know their needs and find
solutions
Sales Execution: Manage well our customer, provide demo or presentation, technical know how to
close the sales.
Relationship Management: Create Good Will Relationship with our Clients, continued customers
satisfaction
Collaboration: Work closely with our internal Department for smooth transaction
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed our Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Target
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Engineering
Technical Sales Experience, B2B is an advantage
Can work independently with minimum supervision
Good interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Willing to travel local and abroad if required
